Long before corebrewing.com came along, there have been websites popping up here and there proclaiming their love for great ales. Corebrewing.com has witnessed a trend of new micro brew connoisseur, mostly in your early 20s, 30s, and 40s. Now we’d be foolish to believe there aren’t any elder beer wisemen out there but this blog is directed to the new gen of beer lovers.
The new generation of microbrew lovers enthusiastically embraces fine ales from all over. Our taste buds have awakened and our passion grows stronger with each fine ale we sample.
We have come to recognize each other instantly. At the beer shop, we gaze for hours, like kids in the candy store trying to decide if you want to drink an old favorite or explore the world thru new beers.
Much like the older generation of beer lovers, we have grown to love fine ales not for the buzz but for the complex flavors and uniqueness of each brew. Our passion for ales is so great that we spend hours researching recipes, brewing our own beers and of course blogging about it. Our passion extends thru all barriers and we are running into each other every day.
We are spreading the word and sharing our passion for only the best brews out there. If the thought of yellow fizzy beer disgusts you, you are one of us. True friends don’t let other friends drink crappy beer. How do we prevent such a tragedy? Simply put… education.
Corebrewing.com is crossing over yellow fizzy lovers and opening their eyes to a world of flavor. By educating others, we help save good people from bad beer.
