Appearance: Light cloudy amber in color. Plenty of carbonation flowing through out.
Aroma: Fruity, spicy and yeasty fragrances fill your nose with anticipation of what you are about to indulge in. Some sweetness flows through as well.
Flavor: This is a well balanced beer, no flavors are over powering or distracting to the other. The palate is teased with a fruity and spicy taste. A hint of honey and malt, plus some pine to finish off the experience.
Body: Rich full body and well carbonated. You can almost see an ocean along the top of the glass every time you pour.
Enjoyability: This was a fun and enjoyable to drink. I loved the spiciness that it had and the richness and fullness that I experienced. This one is good on its own or accompanied with your favorite sausage or steak.
