Name: 10 Commandments
Brewery: 10 Commandments
Overall Rating: B+
Style: Belgian Strong Dark Ale
Serving Style: 750ml Belgian Bottle
ABV: 9%
Price: $ 11.86
Appearance: Dark, so dark that you the only way to see the carbonation is to hold it up to the light. So yes there is a some carbonation.
Aroma: Sweet aroma, you can really smell the honey, raisins and rosemary.
Flavor: Fruity flavor fills your mouth as you drink this fine beer. The raisins and plums really come out. Finally there is a hint of spice that also follows. There is a dry finish just to keep it interesting.
Body: Smooth and full body. Cloudy and flat but does not interfere with the good taste.
Enjoyability: Enjoyable drinking experience with this one. Something I would definitely have again. If you want something that is out of the ordinary but still satisfies your need for a good beer, here you go.
