Santa’s Spicy Reserve Stew
A hearty no nonsense braised short rib recipe. Made with Rogue’s Santa’s Private Reserve Ale! Enjoy
1 onion finely chopped
1/3 ketchup
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup of habanero hot sauce
2 cups of Santa’s Private Reserve Ale – Rogue Brewing
1 cup baby portabello mushrooms
1 cup baby red potatoes
1 cup of baby carrots
3 lbs of boneless short rib
Begin with browning the short ribs

Using the same pan, grill the onions til translucent

Mix ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, hot sauce and beer together
Once onions are cooked, add in sauce and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add short ribs, mushrooms, carrots and potatoes into crock pot, Pour sauce over, cover, set to high and let her cook!
