Aroma:  I get the hoppiness of a something like the Stone Cali-Belique  IPA, hoppy but a candish type of aroma.  Very pleasant to the nose.  The sage and rosemary are present as well.  

Appearance:  It is a nice clear amber color.  Good lacing and carbonation.   

Flavor:  Good spicey flavor right off the bat.  The taste is complex with all the different ingredients such as the rosemary and parsley and thyme.  This is a good Saison and if your into this style you will love it too.   

Mouthfeel: Good body, more on the thick than thin side too.  The carbonation plays with your mouth as it goes down.   

Enjoyability: This is one you can have while you are watching a good game and since it is not too heavey a beer you can have a few of them.  Because of the 12 oz of the bottle better buy a few too.
